The BQM model range covers the grill oven equipped with the chamber made of kettle carbon steel of 8 mm thick and provided with a grease removal duct. In addition to one standard-type grate the complete set is also equipped with one slanting finned grate to prevent spillage of grease droplets on charcoals. When cooking a grease is drained to the grease collector, that’s why the burning grease odor is excluded. The temperature range for cooking either on the grills or in the dinnerware is 250°С to 350°С.
